• You cannot cash out remaining balance. Ex. You bought $10 card and the remaining balance is $2. We will not give you $2 back to you.
• You are more than welcome to give away or resell the leftover balance. 
• There's no expiration date on the gift card.
• Have you lost your gift card email that was sent or haven't receive the code yet? Send us a message with the email used for the purchase and we can resend the email.
